All our products are Digital Downloads.
You will have instant access to your downloads after completing your Paypal Payment. After you have sent your Paypal Payment, BE SURE to click the "Return To Merchant" Button at Paypal (in case Paypal does not re-direct you automatically). You will be re-directed to your account where you may download your purchase. You will also be able to download your purchase by logging into your account and viewing your order until the download link has expired or the maximum number of downloads has been reached. This means there are no costs for Shipping.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you should contact us. You will receive a gift-certificate in the amount of your purchase. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. You can spend the gift-certificate in our shop. Please title your mail "REFUND".
